• OnLife is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events hosted by businesses.

• Users acknowledge that attending events involves inherent risks, and OnLife is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained.

7. Payments and Transactions

• Certain features or events within the App may require payment.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the specific event or business.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• OnLife retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, software, and content within the App.

• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content from the App without OnLife's explicit permission.

9. Termination of Use OnLife reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

• OnLife makes no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or security of the App.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnLife is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold OnLife harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms OnLife reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Virginia, USA.
